Alexandra joins OKW with over a decade of design experience. Her well varied project types include NATO headquarters, Catholic Church additions and restorations, government projects, mid-rise and high-rise Mixed-Use, Education design, Restoration and Historical Preservation. Alexandra studied at the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana and Harvard’s Graduate School of Design focusing on materiality and connections. Her experience in all aspects of the construction process, from schematic design to construction documents, allow for a successful project development and construction.In her spare time, Alexandra enjoys taking in the sights and sounds of the city. Whether attending an art show or listening to local Jazz musicians, she submerges herself in the culture of Chicago. Although she resides in the city, she finds time to visit her lifelong friends and family in Oak Park. Her pride and joy is her dog, Tehya, a Catahoula Cur. Currently, the two of them are training to show in Agility through the AKC.
