Giovanni’s passion for design began early in his life thanks to his family’s landscape contractor business. After spending many summers assisting his father – accumulating many hours of client meetings, plans, and design concepts – he was inspired to broaden his skillset. This led him to earn both bachelor's and master’s degrees in architecture from the University of Illinois, where he refined the balance between technical precision and creative expression. Now at OKW, he can put those skills to good use on our projects.

Outside of the office, you can find Gio watching sports (namely basketball and soccer) and checking off bucket list travel spots with his wife.

If you could have one superpower: Omnilingualism - the power to understand and speak any language.

If you could eat one meal for the rest of your life: Onigiris from 7 Eleven … in Japan.
