Mary’s lifelong love of sketching led her to take an AutoCAD class in high school. Although she wasn’t immediately sold on the software, it eventually taught her to see the world differently. Soon, she was creating unique floor plans and thinking about space differently.
A few years later, she would find herself at Columbia College in the heart of Chicago. Inspired by the city and its many gems – the Rookery in particular – she graduated with a degree in interior architecture. Now at OKW, she and the broader interiors team tackle a diverse set of projects, from retail hospitality to commercial and multifamily.
Outside the office, she enjoys the active lifestyle, in particular running. When she’s not hitting the pavement, she enjoys painting or listening to audiobooks.
