ABOUT THE SUMMER INTERN POSITION
Do you feel inspired and excited by challenges? Do you avoid doing the same thing over and over again? Do you enjoy working as part of a team? If this sounds like you, come and learn about OKW Architects. As a summer intern at OKW, you will gain hands-on experience by playing a role in a wide range of projects. While collaborating with our diverse team of architects and designers, your voice will be heard and ideas encouraged.
OKW’s summer internship provides aspiring professionals with an immersive introduction to a career in architecture. At OKW, you might work on a multifamily development, a facade renovation, a corporate office renovation … or all of the above, all in the same summer. Along with participating in weekly team brainstorms, you will have an opportunity to join site visits and client meetings, as well as attend industry events and social outings. You will tackle new challenges each week in a creative, diverse, and engaging environment.
Summer Intern candidates should be entering their fourth year of their undergraduate degree or actively pursuing their master’s degree in architecture. Candidates are also expected to be well-versed in Revit, InDesign, and Lumion.
