Our clients owned a parcel of land in Naperville occupied by a shuttered drive-thru bank. They asked us to study the best use of that plot. We evaluated several approaches and landed on an appropriately scaled retail development. By using white brick, plenty of glass, and steel details, Shoppes on Washington is a reflection of the neighborhood and a fitting addition to Naperville’s business community.
