Our interior design studio is known for all kinds of work and personalities. We can now count on Gracie Hart as part of that team!
We wrapped up eight key projects this year. One look at them and you’ll notice that they’re all very different. Whether you’re measuring scale, character, or market sector, they were all unique undertakings that emphasize the diversity of our work.

In a suburb not too far from Chicago, a new, Denver-based owner decided to improve the amenity offerings for their nearly fully-leased building. Their idea was simple and smart: position the building for long-term success by providing its current and future tenants with the kind of urbane finishes and amenities that are typically found in city skyscrapers.
