Design Director Katie Lambert is our last New Owner Spotlight. Thanks to her passion, design acumen, and warm personality, Katie is inseparable from OKW’s transformative change during the last 8 years.

Senior Project Manager Travis Bridges is our third New Owner Spotlight. His pursuit of community within Chicago’s architecture industry led him to OKW, and his pursuit of perfection is what makes him an excellent addition to ownership.

Our second New Owner Spotlight is OKW’s Director of People, Cole Gagnon. Her uncanny ability to find the best in people has already made her an invaluable asset to the firm’s culture. As a new owner, she will be the caretaker of that consciousness and an advocate for each and every one of us.
